Our Story
It all started back in 2015 when we opened our first bottleshop in Hove, which was soon followed by our small-batch brews. In 2016, our brews were rated among the top 50 in the country! We continued to expand, bringing our unique bar and bottleshop concept to Hove and Brighton. In 2020, we launched our local and national delivery service, making it even easier for our customers to enjoy our beers.

Bison Beer is an independent craft beer bar and bottleshop in Hove, just outside Brighton in Sussex. The Hove store is a bar/bottleshop hybrid, which first opened in 2017. Bison Beers is an independent craft beer bar and brewery with sites in Brighton and Hove. The Brighton Beach Bar is located at 300 Madeira Drive, Brighton, BN2 1BX, and is open from 12 pm-9 pm Monday to Wednesday, and 12 pm-11 pm Thursday to Saturday.
The Brighton Beach Bar first opened in 2019 as a pop-up bar and street food joint, offering a range of craft beers and "sundowners" in a unique beachfront setting. After an 18-month closure for redevelopment, the bar reopened in May 2023, with a range of events including DJ specials and live comedy nights. The bar also offers cosy indoor spaces and heated outdoor spaces, including four themed rooftop booths, which can be booked in advance.

Flying Bison Brewing Company
The Flying Bison Brewing Company is a packaging brewery located in Buffalo, New York, United States. The brewery was incorporated in 1995 and opened for business in 2000, started by two majority partners, Phil Internicola and Tim Herzog, along with 25 individual investors. The brewery began operations as a 20-barrel facility and has since expanded by more than 200%, adding a full bottling line and several 40-barrel fermenters.
Flying Bison draws its name from Buffalo's aviation manufacturing history. The brewery's Dawn Patrol Gold Kölsch, for example, is named in honour of the Curtiss JN-4 "Jenny" biplane, which was built in Buffalo and flew dawn patrols during World War I.
