Welcome to Heist Brewery

Heist Brewery first opened its doors in 2012 as Charlotte's only craft brewpub. We expanded in 2017, adding a 30-barrel production facility to our original 10HL German brewhouse. Our focus is on creating an experience for our customers—one that goes beyond just beer.

Our Beers

We have a wide range of beers, from hazy IPAs and pilsners to fruited sours and stouts. Our signature brew is the NC NE/Hazy IPA, with 7.1% ABV. We also have a range of other IPAs, including the Heist Blurred is the Word, a hazy IPA with 6.8% ABV, and the Heist Dark Czech Lager, a dark lager with 5.0% ABV. Our Food

We are proud of our food menu, which has seen many iterations over the years. Our wood-fired specialties, including flatbreads and dips, have been a constant source of pride and joy.
