Our Story

Montauk Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by three local boys, Vaughan Cutillo, Eric Mos, and Joseph Sullivan, who shared a passion for homebrewing. What started as a dream in an old building owned by Cutillo's father has now become one of the fastest-growing breweries on Long Island.

We are a small-scale brewery based in the beautiful hamlet of Montauk, New York, known for its stunning beaches and seafood restaurants. Our brewery's patio is open year-round, seven days a week, and is definitely worth a visit.

Our Beers

We have a variety of beers to suit every taste and season. Our signature beer is the Driftwood Ale, a copper-colored English-style pale ale, but we also offer a range of IPAs, ales, stouts, and more. Our current core line-up includes the Wave Chaser IPA and a crisp pilsner.

We also release seasonal favorites, such as our Watermelon Session Ale, perfect for those hot summer days, and our Pumptauk Ale, a spiced beer with a nice citrusy aroma, ideal for the fall.

In addition to our beers, we have expanded our offerings to include hard seltzers, with a variety of flavors like Lemon Lime, Mixed Berry, and Black Cherry.
